British Soap Awards- the best and the worst dressed....

Hello lovelies i hope your all having a lovely evening, how many of you are watching the soap awards?? i had to just to see all the outfits, what does every one think?? this is my choice of the best and the worst!!

warning very picture heavy haha...

Best dressed!!

Some of the critics didnt like sacha parkinsons dress but i like the clash between the pink and the blue and, i love stephanie davis and i just love her dress

I absolutely love this, its so elegant 

And the worst!!!

I at first liked this but now im unsure, its to promy?? if thats even a word ;)

It might just be me but i find these outfits slightly old fashioned??

I really dont know what Jennifer Metcalfe was thinking it could have almost been a nice jumpsuit

I think jessica forrests dress would have looked good without the socks and the same with Sophie Powles and the tights, actually looking back now i kind of like it haha

So what does everyone else think

Lippy about MAC

hello lovelies,
hope you all have a fab Wednesday, im currently trying to find the motivation to finish my last uni assignment, and have found blogger much more appealing ;).


Okay so ive kind of got carried away lately with MAC however the girl at the counter was really helpful which made it slightly easier to part with my money.


So i recently picked up Hibiscus from the surf baby collection, viva glam gaga 2, and the infamous creme cup.

And here they are i never usually manage to get shades that suit me, but the girl behind the counter as i said before was so so helpful

here the hibiscus looks quite orange in colour but on my lips its a really nice red, the creme cup is a really nice pink and seems to compliment my skin really well, in fact ive worn it every day since ive got it ,and glam gaga is slightly nude and frosty but i think it will be good for the days when im not wearing much makeup.

ive kind of realised i have blogged alot about MAC lately, but dont worry this is one of my fads so next week it will no doubt be something else haha.

motel Rocks competition

i know a few blogger have already mentioned this but motel rocks has teamed up with both wah and models own for what seems like two separate competitions i may be wrong.

heres an example of two i found the first being the motel grace playsuit in night sky grey and the second being the motel gypsy playsuit in pretty rose.

Paul and Joe Summer creation

hello lovelies,


now im often quite dubious about some of Paul and joes makeup, for the price some things often look cheap and the white plastic makes some items look tacky, however on other occasions especially their limited edition items they seem to pull out all the stops for example the Disney limited editions.


Anyway i have just seen the new summer creation for 2011 and although not all of it seems my cup of tea, i am in love with the eye gloss duos!!

these loves shadows come in secret d'or, silver lining, delicate, bourgeoisie and rock and roll

im not sure yet whether to invest in them yet :S what does everyone else think?? has anyone got their hands on this collection or anything similar??

NOTD ..Mac Ocean Dip

Hello lovelies,

So this is my first NOTD and believe me im sure there will be many more to come as i spend alot of time flitting from one colour to the next. Now iv'e never tried any Mac varnishes before so i was eager to try this out and the colour just appealed to me.

Its Ocean Dip from the new Surf Baby collection

The colour on looks really lovely and it has both blue and green hints in different lighting, it goes on quite thick aswell which is a plus for me as i usually like it quite dark and and it has a really nice smooth finish.

The only down side to it is that it started to chip after a day or two and it is very similar in colour to models own top turquoise, in fact it could have been the same polish

Overall i do love it and the packaging is a plus to however i think if you wanted to go for a cheaper option its best to go for the modelsown!!

Anyone else tried it?? Anymore Mac polishes i should try??

Walk, Walk, Fashion, Baby, Work it, Move that thing,Crazy....

hello lovelies
hope your all having a chilled and enjoyable Saturday, had a bit of a road trip today to get some books for uni, just one more assignment and uni s over for another year :)


Anyway as you can probably gather my posts about lady gaga. I have always loved her songs and I love how shes a feisty passionate, and headstrong woman, with often somewhat questionable but at the same time amazing outfits. even though I have questioned some things (for example her meat outfit, cant say I was impressed).The reason I have dedicated my post to her is down to watching her on Graham Norton last night, she almost portrayed a sense of innocence and kind heartedness which I haven't previously seen from her before, thanking a fan for the beautiful barbie sized outfits she had recreated for her.

I think sometimes I should take a leap in her book, being confident and not caring about what others think. What does everyone else think about her??
