St Moriz Mousse

Hello lovelies, so its the end of our so called summer and i sadly have no tan to show for the small amount of hot weather we have had ;), so i thought a bit of self tan would brighten up my rather white looking skin (boohoo haha)...now i seriously think i am the only person who cannot tan whether it be sitting in the garden, sunning myself on the beach or even just using a gradual or instant self tan, yes that's right i cannot even get self tan right :S...most of the summer i have been using Lauren Goodger's, Lauren's Way tanning lotion and although the massive hype around it, i just cant seem to get along with it, yeah okay i have a lovely tan when applied but after showering 6 or 7 hours after it has developed (or in the morning) im left with, well no tan at all, not the golden tan everyone seems to talk about (please anyone who may know where im going wrong advice would be wonderful haha), tbh it would be my go to going out tan but not for every day use!!

Anyway i decided to go for something else, from reading the hype about St Moriz i decided to take a trip down to savers to pick up the £3 bottle (hell if it doesn't work its not the end of the world right??)..i applied St Moriz last night, and well i absolutely loved it, the mousse was so easy to apply, infact its practically foolproof (no doubt why it worked for me haha), and i was left with an instantly lovely tan, as it began to develop it produced a lovely natural golden colour, and after a shower i still have a lovely golden glow!!

hallelujah i finally think i have found my HG tanner, after many many different bottles, brands, and price ranges haha

Pros- the smell isint that off putting like many, i much prefer the mild biscuity smell of this, to the quite strong smell of many others
its practically fool proof (believe me this sentence is coming from an idiot when it comes to tanning)
its about £3 a bottle, so if it doesn't work its not the end of the world, also for such a small price its such high quality

Cons- i haven't really had this on long enough to judge, but i know my friends who wear it religiously have complained about it scaling after about three days (not really a look you want)
i decided to buy the normal one to be on the safe side, however to have that stronger colour i think i would purchase the darker one next time :)

So what do you guys think of St Moriz??
Whats your faviourite self tanner??, and are there anymore foolproof products out their ;)??

June Faviourites.&.30 Day Challenge..Day 21

Hello Lovelies,
So its my first month at this but i though id give my monthly faviourite's a go:)..So here's the products i couldnt be without in the month of June.

Benefit Confessions of a Concealaholic
I think this is the biggest go to item i own, especially on the days when i cant be bothered to do much with my makeup, ive had this beauty for just over a month and ive already hit the ban on boing 1, it just makes my complexion look good without much effort

Benefit High Beam
So when i found out this was going to be in glamour magazine i had to try it, after hearing raves about it on YouTube i really wanted to try it and this was the perfect opportunity, ive been using it under my eyes and on my cheek bones, i especially love how a little goes a long way with Benefit and i will definately buy the full size product at some point

Elf All over Cover Stick in Pink Lemonade
for £1.50 i just think this is an awesome product, on lazy days iv'e been wearing it as a Blusher alternative

Mac Creme Cup
Okay so this isint just my June faviourite its my all time faviourite Lipstick, which was my challenge question today, i think its a perfect every day colour, and even my mum has taken a fancy to it haha

Lauren's Way Tanning Lotion
I take back my first opinions of this, ive grown to love it now, when i first used it the tan only lasted about two days, however as i have kept using the tan has lasted about a week, maybe not as dark as the first day, but it leaves a really lovely summer glow, it also has a lovely fresh smell to it, although you cant get away from the 'fake tan' smell.

DKNY Be Delicious
Love love love this, its a perfect summer scent

Mac Surf Baby Nail Polish- Ocean Dip
Although i have flitted from one polish to the next, this has been my toes colour of choice ;) for the past month, and its not going anytime soon!!

Sleek Monaco Palette
I think the palette speaks for itself, its just full of really lovely summery colours, I've had a slight obsession with turquoise colours lately so this is just perfect :)

So what are your June Faviourite's??

the only way is hair extensions..or not??

hello lovelies,

hope your all enjoying your Thursday!! im having a bit of an eventful day, went for a walk with my mum and ended up gaining a friend (a dog in the name of bell) haha and have spent the whole afternoon trying to get her to go home (which shes finally done).
So Lauren Goodger has released a tanning range which was a definite hit with me and many others, however this is just not enough for the towie star as shes now released a range of hair extensions. Now im not one for extensions, the idea of trying to find some that match your hair and the application just seems to much of a fuss, however these clip in beauties look kind of appealing.

Im absolutely loving the names of these extensions aswell, especially legally blonde haha, however these extensions come at a hefty price of £120 but for a limited time there £60
if any of you are interested you you can buy the extensions from here
So what do you guys think?? i wonder what she will release next, Theres meant to be talks of her releasing her own makeup range but only time shall tell.

Laurens Way..is definately the way!!

hello lovelies hope your all good and enjoying your Monday!!

Now i have actually got around to doing my post on Lauren Goodger's new product. Its safe to say that i gave into the hype and purchased this beauty. Im slightly cynical when it comes to fake tan because nothing ever seems to work, but after my friend hyped about it on twitter i thought i would give it a chance.
However i am absolutely in love with this product, i picked the lotion just to be safe. usually using gradual tans you cannot really see how much of the product your putting on, however with Laurensway theres a subtle instant tan ( although beware it looks slightly scary and black when it comes out of the tube). I think i had it on about an hour or two and i began to form a really lovely bronzed glow, it wasn't orange at all which i was worried about it was just a really nice holiday glow.

Picture off Laurens Facebook page
Pros- Its really easy to put on, i just used a hand mitt to apply
It smells really nice, an almost cucumber smell, and it didn't seem to have that usual fake tan smell

Cons- It didn't really last that long, the next day i showered and i was surrounded by green (yes green) water :S, hence why i sadly have no picture for you lovelies
the other con was not so much the product but delivery, at a steep £5 delivery charge i expected it to be quite efficient a day or two later my item had been dispatched which was all good however well over a week later there was still no show, so i emailed them to be told that they would dispatch it in first class (so whether they had originally dispatched it at all i dont know) ...luckily it then arrived about two days later, so i kind of have mixed views on that one, but customer service we really polite and helpful.

Altogether i was really pleased with the outcome of the tan itself and i will definately be using it again, sorry for the lack of a photo i shall try to do another post when i get round to applying it again!!

Has anyone else tried Laurensway?? also does anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper alternative i could try??

Thanks for reading my Rambles
