Loreal Superliner

My beloved SUPERCAT eyeliner is currently on its way out, its got to the point where its all smudgy and the nib has got to thick, so it was time to invest in yet another eyeliner, if i could bring just one item of makeup on a desert island it would definitely be eyeliner i  cannot go without it. after falling in love with the felt tip nib of SUPERCAT i decided to purchase something similar, enter Loreal Superliner. The nib of this is much thinner but i quite like it, making it easier to apply aswell as having more room to cover up mistakes ( i always seem to apply it thicker on one eye to the other ha)..the shape of the packaging is very much like a pen, making it easier to grasp, especially with the rubber top, and the colour pay off is pretty black so high marks all round, best of all this was only about £4 so a little less than soap and glory SUPERCAT.

What makeup item could you not be without??

FOTD Chanel Perfection Lumiere (review)

 MAC Prep and Prime
Benefit Erase Paste
Chanel Perfection Lumiere (30 beige)
MAC blush-Mocha
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Shadow- urban decay (sin & toasted)
Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara
Soap&glory Supercat eyeliner

Hello lovelies, i hope your all well, please bare with me, i am awful at trying to pose for photos like this (so apologies if i look awkward) today i road tested Chanel's Perfection Lumiere in 30 Beige..like most of you probably did i purchased elle magazine this week (basically for the free soap&glory mascara) and the tester for Perfection Lumiere was in it. Now im not one to usually test something from a magazine but it was Chanel, was a pretty good match and i couldnt resist.

The foundation itself has quite a strong perfumed scent to it, im not overly fussed but im also not bothered by it at the same time..it was easy to apply with my usual foundation brush and a little definitely went a long way, i had enough to touch up throughout the day.
When i first put this on i really liked it, i liked the matte finish, and the colour seemed perfect for my skin, however as the day went on (this photo was taken this evening) as you can see it began to be somewhat patchy and looked darker than when it was originally applied..okay it may be because i haven't been matched for a shade and this is to dark!! id definitely be matched and get a tester again to see, as i really liked the lightweight matte finish to it!!..with my MAC Studio Sculpt my face tends to look quite shiny at the end of the day but with this it didn't!!

Altogether i have mixed reviews on this, im tempted to get matched and see how that goes, but if it does go patchy throughout the day this is definitely not the foundation for me!! although it seems to be a nice foundation im not sure if i could justify the £30ish price tag

Have you tried Perfection Lumiere? what did you think?

Soap&Glory SUPERCAT review

CARBON BLACK EXTREME EYELINER PEN
hello lovelies, i hope your all having a great week!! I am a total sucker for eyeliner, i always have been and always will be, some girls go to makeup product will be mascara, or blusher, but mine definitely has to be the trusty eyeliner. with one little flick (or half the time a few flicks after making a total mess :S) eyeliner can create a sophisticated or dramatic look!!..ive been wearing eyeliner since the age of 13 and i would hate to think of the amount i have bought over the years :S..but being the sucker that i am for all things eyeliner related, this beauty from soap and glory's new make up line definitely caught my attention!!
So here we have it, Soap and glory's extreme eyeliner pen!!..like all Soap and glory goodies, the packaging is gorgeous with a lovely pink and gold outer box
and the eyeliner itself is just as gorgeous!!..As for the eyeliner itself im really impressed, the last time i  used a, as i would call it 'felt tip pen' type eyeliner was yonks ago (im looking at you playboy teal eyeliner haha), im often put off with this type of liner as it feels like im almost drawing on my face..however i absolutely love how easy it seems to apply, the colour is really dark, which i love, it dries really quick and does not budge, so thumbs up with me!!
usually when i apply eyeliner i get it wrong, and start of with a nice thin line that turns into a thick smudge of disaster :( haha..im not a pro at putting eyeliner on by any shot, and id love to perfect the 'supercat' look, but im really happy with the outcome :)

Quality- like all Soap&glory products you definitely get what you pay for!!..and it has amazing staying power
Price- i think the price of this for how good it is, the make of it, and packaging is pretty reasonable coming in at £6..not much to pay, when you can pay a fiver for a crayon liner that will last 5 mins
Packaging- like ive already mentioned the packaging is lovely and a definite selling point!!

Have you tried the Supercat eyeliner?? or have you tried anything else from the new range??

There's something about Soap and Glory

Hello lovelies, i hope your all having a great start to the week, now i know it wont come as a shock to many of you but i am an avid Soap and Glory fan, ever since the day my friend produced the plumping lip gloss out of her handbag, i have been hooked on the quality of these lovely products aswell as the packaging.

I have gone through countless amounts of handfood, and my mother does not help as she is also an avid fan..recently my skin has been feeling sorry for itself, and soap and glory over any other skincare products does the job brilliantly, each face product i have used has left my skin feeling soft and clear as well as smelling lovely and being hassle free!!..my newest addictions are the face soap clarity and the fab pore facial peel, between me and my mum we have gone through two tubs of this is a matter of a month :S

So what do you guys think of Soap and Glory??
to all those that haven't tried it GO AND DO IT haha

a teenie haul and my NOTD

Hello lovelies, hope your all well and enjoying your bank holiday, sorry for the lack of posts had to hand all my uni work in, had a relaxing trip to the spa with a friend and then had a pretty stressful weekend :(

So recently my skin has'nt been the best, so i've decided to change my routine a little bit, so a trip to boots was in order, however like most of you can probably agree, you cant just go into boots for one thing haha

Sorry for the poor quality of photos i had to use my phone

So i picked up soap and glorys fab pore hot cloth, good things five minute facial mask, good things stop that spot clearing gel, models own blooboo and models own applicators

I tried all the products last night, to be honest i was slightly dissappointed with the soap and glory item, for what it was i think it was a waste of money, however the face mask and clearing gel was really good, my skin feels so soft this morning after using it...anyone have any good ideas for clearing spots?? my skins always been good so i think it might be the amount of makeup and stress haha.

So onto my nail of the day Models Own Blooboo

I absolutely love it, i have a thing about blue varnish at the moment, like all models own polishes it goes on really thick and has a nce effect, however in the bottle there was like a different blue sheen in it, however this doesnt show on my nails :( but all in all its a hit :)

Anyone have any suggestions of polish colours i should try?? and maybe other brands cause i seem to have to many models own and barry m

Thanks for reading my Rambles
